Situated between the two conservation areas of Belgravia and Pimlico, this scheme will provide major improvements to the ground floor retail spaces, office entrances and public realm, while adding a substantial rooftop extension to the building providing 100,000ft2 of grade A office space with its own dedicated entrance.

The design opens up parts of the colonnade to improve the access to the building and the visibility of the reconfigured retail units. The proposal will enlarge the ground floor retail units and improve the office entrances while enhancing the public realm through new landscaping, street furniture and lighting.
