108 Cannon Street

The comprehensive refurbishment and extension of a 1980s City office building, this project transformed the building’s street presence by relocating the main entrance to the junction of Cannon Street and Laurence Pountney Lane and re-shaping the corner of the building.

The entire sixth floor was removed and re-built and a new seventh floor added. A four storey extension was also added at the rear of the building giving a total increase in net internal area of 7,000sq.ft.
